Starting in the sign industry while still in high school, Matthew began as a helping hand on installs. Over the following 15 years Matthew rose to become Field Supervisor, Shop Foreman, Printing Technician and eventually General Manager. He received lots of guidance and support from his uncle, Ken Brown, President of Electro-Lite Signs Inc. In the winter of 2018 Matthew felt it was time to venture on his own and established Bender Sign Company.
