How It Works – Our Structured, Compliant Process
1. Fabrication & Retail Sale Your print shop or trade partner fabricates the sign components (channel letters, etc.) and sells them directly to the customer as a retail product. This is a standard manufacturing and retail transaction—no contractor license is required for fabrication or sale alone.
2. Direct Contract with the Customer The customer signs a separate installation contract and receives an invoice directly from us (our licensed business). We never perform installation work without this direct agreement and invoicing with the end customer. This structure keeps all regulated construction work (installation, electrical connections, structural mounting, and permitting) under our C-45 license, exactly as required by law.
3. Professional Installation & Compliance We handle all permitting, safe installation, code compliance, and final inspections. The customer benefits from a fully permitted, professionally installed sign while our trade partner remains focused on fabrication.
